Nurse Practitioner

Jenna Jablonski, MSN, AGNP-C is originally from right here in Dallas Texas. She attended St. Louis University in 2010 where she received a BS in Mathematics. She continued her studies at SLU in 2011 to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). She worked 7 years as an RN in Med surg, ICU and trauma centers in north Texas including Baylor University Medical Center. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2018 with her Master of Science as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult/Gerontology. Jenna joined the NTIDC provider team in February 2019. She loves spending her spare time outdoors running, hiking and biking with her husband Joe, son Graham and their dog, Gus.
