Salvador (Sal) Prieto, PA-C was born in Mexico and raised in Merkel, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2009 from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas, and then received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2011 from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, Virginia.

Sal has worked as an Emergency Medicine PA for 11 years, having spent the last 10 years in the Emergency Department at Baylor University Medical Center. Sal joined the NTIDC provider team in July 2023.

Sal’s hobbies include traveling with his fiancé Josh, playing with their dog Katie, and spending time with their families.
